At this year’s Big Celebration Lunch, we will have 22 awards celebrating the success of our members and supplier partners – and we now invite you to start nominating! Whether you’d like to celebrate a rising star in your business – or show recognition to one of our valued supplier partners we are asking you to vote below to show your support to our dedicated nominees.

The empowering relationship we have with our supplier partners plays a vital role in delivering commercial benefits and support to all our members. Whether it’s supporting your customer's interest or offering you competitive trade incentives – we know the relationships you have with our partners help your businesses to grow. This award recognises the trade team who members feel have added the most value to their business, who has been the easiest to work with and most flexible and cooperative when supporting our members.

This year we have six member awards designed to recognise Advantage members and their staff who have gone above and beyond in their roles this year. Maybe as a business, you have shown innovation through a successful marketing campaign that you have organised, or an apprenticeship programme you have set up to bring excellent new talent into our industry. Whatever it is, let us help you celebrate successes by nominating below.
How to nominate:
Advantage members can be nominated for any of the categories listed below and you can enter any number of nominations you wish. Nominations can be made for either a member company or an individual within the business and can come from a colleague, manager, business owner or a supplier partner. We also welcome self-nominations from Advantage members. To nominate simply fill out a short form to enter the award submission. Nominations will close on 27 September 2024, after which our judging panel will review all submissions to select the most deserving winner for each award. All entries should include some supporting evidence to back up the submission – this might be a written testimonial from a colleague, supplier, customer or client, some video or photographic evidence or data showing the impact of the achievement. This award recognises a person or a team who has embraced and implemented an innovative idea in their businesses. Whether it was to address a business challenge or simply to approach something in a completely different way – we would like to know how you came up with the idea, how you put it into practice, why it’s innovative – what the result has been and customer feedback.
We know that there are many occasions when members of our teams go that extra mile for the customer which not only provides great customer service but enhances the reputation of the business. For this award, our judges are looking for someone who consistently goes that extra mile.
